Mix together: 2 cups bean flour (sifted) ½ cup oat bran ¼ tsp. salt
Stir in: 1 Tbsp. white vinegar ⅓ cup olive or salad oil Approximately ⅓ cup water
Add just enough water while stirring to make dough leave sides of bowl. Press into oil-sprayed pie plates. (To avoid dough sticking to fingers, apply a little bit of oil to hands before pressing.) Makes two crusts.
