Oat Bran Crackers

1/2 cup boiling water  
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter  
1 cup oat bran  
1/2 tsp. Vege-Sal™ or your favorite seasoning salt  

Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 18 balls, about 1 rounded teaspoon each. On a large, ungreased cookie sheet, flatten each ball to the thickness of a soda cracker using fingers to flatten. If crackers are too thick they will not be crisp, and too thin they will burn. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Crackers are done when dry to the touch and sliding freely on cookie sheet.
